Town Farm is a stone farmhouse based in the Teesdale village of Winston.

Internally, we have provided stunning accommodation with high-quality furnishings, and no expense spared for your ultimate comfort and luxury, with lovely soft carpets and travertine tiles. The ground floor is home to three sitting rooms, with a variety of seating available, ideal for family gatherings around the TV or for a quiet time curled up on a sofa with a good book. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is situated toward the rear of the cottage, with a table and chairs for up to 10 people.

A lovely entertaining space to dine together as a family or group. The kitchen has a wonderful set-up with cream and grey fitted units and quartz and oak worktops.

The large island with comfortable high stools ensures that guests can chat together while the 65 inch flat screen smart tv ensures that you will not miss your favourite programme or allows you to download your favourite tunes while cooking. The well-stocked kitchen has a range of appliances, including an American Fridge Freezer with water and ice dispenser, a large wine fridge, two single ovens alongside built in combination and microwave ovens and a large induction hob.

The property boasts five spacious bedrooms, four of which have en-suite bathrooms, and the fifth has its own separate bathroom. Relax and have a luxurious soak in the tub with a glass of wine and a good book to wash off the tiring events of the day. The bedrooms are fully-equipped with soft beds, some of which are zip and links to accommodate all types of groups and ensure a good night's sleep, with flat screen TV’s in all the bedrooms so you can watch some shows of a morning or catch a late-night film. The master bedroom housing a lovely dressing table and fine furniture - this property is an incredible home for a group of friends or large families. Roadside parking is available directly outside the property and some parking is to the rear of the property. Outside, to the rear, there is a large lawned garden, with a patio area and luxurious spa hot tub and an outside shower. With a children's play area and a built-in barbecue, families can gather around the seating area and enjoy a summer party outside with delicious home cooked food and an assortment of refreshments. The market town of Barnard Castle is only 6 miles west of the property.

The town is named after the 14th-century castle which is a Grade I listed building, which was only completed around the early 1600s. It is located on the site of a former manor house, dating back to the 11th century. This castle is steeped in history and is well-worth a visit. With plenty of leisure centres, local art galleries, pubs and restaurants to visit, you won't be short of things to do! Town Farm is the perfect place to stay in order to access many of the area’s finest sights
